Choosing a dietary supplement requires more than reading the front of a bottle. This page explains what Himiyer customers should look for and what information should be verified before use.
The product label comes first
Ingredients, serving size, directions and warnings can differ between products and may change over time. Always compare the website with the physical label received. If there is a difference, pause use and contact us for clarification.
What quality information means
- Supplement Facts: identifies dietary ingredients and amounts per serving when required.
- Other ingredients: identifies components such as capsule materials, flavors, sweeteners or processing aids.
- Lot or batch number: connects a finished unit to production records.
- Certificate of Analysis (COA): may report results for identity, potency or contaminants for a particular batch. A COA for one batch should not be assumed to cover every batch.
- GMP: refers to manufacturing-practice requirements; it is not proof that a product treats a condition or produces a guaranteed result.
Testing documentation
We will only describe a product as tested for a particular characteristic when supporting documentation is available for that product or batch. We do not publish invented certification badges or imply third-party approval without evidence.
Botanical ingredients
Botanical materials can vary by source, harvest and processing. For ingredients such as shilajit and seaweed, contaminant controls and clear sourcing information are especially relevant. Seaweed products may also contribute iodine, so total intake should be considered.
Requesting information
Customers may contact us through the Contact page to request available label or batch documentation. Include the product name, order information if applicable, and the lot number printed on the package.
Report a concern
Stop using a product and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience an unexpected reaction. Product-quality concerns should be reported with photographs of the package, lot number and a description of the issue.
