What Happened

On February 26, 2026, the FDA advised consumers not to buy or use ULTRA ADVANC3 sold on Amazon or ULTRA ADVANC3 GOLD sold on naturistarex.com. FDA lab testing found dexamethasone, diclofenac, and methocarbamol in the products, even though those ingredients were not listed on the labels.

The products were promoted for joint pain. FDA said the hidden ingredients can create serious risks, including steroid-related side effects, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal problems tied to diclofenac, and sedation or low blood pressure from methocarbamol.

Why It Matters for Buyers

This is one of the clearest signs of trouble in the supplement market: a product that promises drug-like pain relief but does not disclose drug ingredients. That creates extra danger for buyers who are already taking NSAIDs, steroids, muscle relaxants, or blood pressure medications.

What to Watch Next

Consumers should be especially careful with joint and pain products that sound stronger than normal supplements. If a formula seems to work like a prescription-strength pain product, it may deserve more scrutiny before purchase.
