What Happened

The FDA's Online Advisory Letters page shows that on February 4, 2026, the agency sent an advisory letter to Divine Rx Nutrition covering products listed as Immune Support, Cancer Tea, and Soursop. FDA says these letters go to companies that illegally market products for the treatment or prevention of serious diseases.

FDA also says companies that receive these letters are asked to correct the violations and remove serious disease claims within 30 days. If they do not comply, they remain listed on the agency's page.

Why It Matters for Buyers

For supplement shoppers, disease-treatment language is a major red flag. If a tea, tincture, capsule, or herbal formula is marketed as treating cancer or another serious disease, buyers should assume the claims have crossed out of normal supplement marketing and into a high-risk area.

What to Watch Next

Expect continued scrutiny of herbal sellers that use medical claims to drive sales. Buyers should look for simple, compliant labeling and treat any product page that sounds like a drug ad with extra caution.
